'The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes.'

'- Bad communication from property company.- The apartment itself was fine - clean, crisp sheets and bedding, adequate towels, a larger fridge with freezer, a tower fan in the living room, newer flooring. In a residential neighborhood with a little park down the street, a small grocery store around the corner, a larger indoor shopping area not far, and a good fast-ish food burger place (Point B Burger). It is a 13-minute walk to the lake-beach and to the beautiful main Old Town area of Annecy.'

'nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme par Latifa. l emplacement de la porte d'entrée située très en hauteur de la rue rend obligatoire le parking proposé afin de gérer les bagages notamment. il est dommage que cette prestation ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location. la télévision par satellite limite l'accès aux chaines nationales. prestation globalement satisfaisante. très bon emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville accessible à pieds.'

'This is a great apartment in a great location. We were there in late June 2025, during the heat wave, for two weeks. We love Annecy.But from the very first, the air conditioning did not work, despite being prominently mentioned in the listing title. We informed management several times and were told various things to try, but nothing worked. Then they sent the building maintenance guy, who told us he didn't know anything about air conditioning systems. What we wanted was for them to send a real...

'Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. '
