"Great reception & cleaning staff, more or less the same at the kitchen & the pool bar. For this price? We would expect a free mini bar, better organisation at the pool & better food (breakfast was very basic & missing infos + diner was not tasty)"

"Séjour très apprécié comme à notre habitude. Chambre très propre spacieuse et confortable dans un cadre calme et reposant. Excellente hôtel à conseiller encore et encore. Petit point d’amélioration: le rooftop est un endroit sympa et cosy. Toutefois pour que l’expérience soit un 10/10 il faut revoir la service bar. La carte est très très limitée ( même une petite sangria a été supprimée ) et le principe du téléphone fixe au mur pour passer commande ne fonctionne pas du tout. Le personnel doit être présent avec une vraie offre. Réel manque à gagner. Les clients finissent par acheter des boissons aux supermarchés du coin pour les consommer autour de la piscine. Si vous souhaitez encore rivaliser avec d’autres rooftop il va falloir revoir le concept."

"Very well located hotel next to plaza Catalunya. In the shopping street. The building is lovely and the hotel is well maintained. But be careful of your choice of room. First they put us I. A old boy renovated room with a small window. If the personnel didn’t say that they have renovated rooms. We would have had a bad experience. So we upgraded to a more expensive room which made all the difference. The staff is very helpful"
