'Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.'

'Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes.'

'I liked it had a hot tub and pool beds were comfortable, and staff friendly. There were no clean towels in the pool area to use and when we pulled the shower curtain closed to shower, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the curtain. It was not a well cleaned facility in comparison to other expresses we have stayed at.'

'Room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Staff were very nice and helpful. The upkeep of room maintenance was the only "problem". Paint was peeling in the bathroom as well as two lightbulbs out on the vanity. Tract strip for the carpet at the bathroom door was sticking out and sharp. Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again.'

'This hotel did have a kitchen but you had to buy the pots, pans and utensils to cook with. The bathroom didn't have running water so we had to move to another room after we had just settled in . It is pet friendly that's one of the reasons we stayed here. Elevator worked thank God for that too. All in all we had a good stay just wish they would had cooking wear to use and not buy.'

'We got in late, but we're very excited the waterpark was still open since that was the reason we pick this hotel. Kids loved water and thw room was decent. Had a weird smell other then that it was good. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Would stay again!'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'This is as close to a third world hotel as I’ve seen, and I’ve been to a lot of third world countries. The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place.'
