'Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.'

Paint was peeling in the bathroom as well as two lightbulbs out on the vanity. Tract strip for the carpet at the bathroom door was sticking out and sharp. Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again.'

'Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'We got in late, but we're very excited the waterpark was still open since that was the reason we pick this hotel. Kids loved water and thw room was decent. Had a weird smell other then that it was good. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Would stay again!'

'Black mold all over the shower. The entire place has a terrible smell and there's glade plug ins in the hallways - that also have a yellow stain to them. We kept socks on in the room because the carpet seemed too dirty to walk on barefoot. The smell in the room was off-putting. I am allergic to dust and mold and had an allergic reaction while in the bed. The pictures online are deceiving because the comforter /paint on the walls look new. Also in a not-great part of town, sharing a parking lot...

'Room very clean but they barely keep pool towels have to ask if they put any out it’s on 2 maybe 3 and the pool can be full and they know they need more because I seen them walk in and put 2 towels out and never came bk otherwise everything very comfy and clean'

'They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. '

'Pulled up to the lot and there was a stench of weed coming from the window of a room. The staff was very rude and not helpful. We refused to stay as we have small children and this was not a safe environment. The pictures are VERY misleading and the “manager” was very rude, not helpful at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone. We didn’t stay and they refused to refund us.'

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '
