« We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The den was not clean at all. The oven,bathtub,the toaster was dirty. The fridge is rusty, the drying dishrack needs to be replaced aswell as the bbq racks which were rusty and the bbq brush was old with no bristles and unusable. The fridge and sink was leaking all over the floor. Stains on the boxsprings. Door to the backyard was broken, did not lock, had to sleep with zero protection and security. Most pans and pots need to be replaced as they are...

« The river condos worked out great for my group that was in the area for atv riding. The trail is right in front and easy parking for a truck and trailer. There’s a bar/restaurant that has great food within walking distance! We enjoyed a fire every night and relaxed inside in the rainy day. The place was clean and had everything needed to cook a meal in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again. »
