Wonderful cabin

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is located near the ski slopes (8 minutes walk), well-equipped and spacious enough for 10 people. Mario and Ivette are excellent hosts who care about their guests.

Beautiful home! Great location!

We expected nice, but were floored by how lovely & comfortable this home was. Everything we needed! Cozy & quiet, yet with modern conveniences. Spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms & large kitchen stocked with necessities, huge spa on outdoor deck. Very clean. Surrounded by trees & 5 min walk to Summit lifts. Owner & mgr were great, very responsive. Mid-week was perfect with few crowds. Highly recommend. Will come back!!

Awesome Ski Vacation

Our friends joined us this year on our annual ski vacation. We had four adults and three teens. The house was fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. A great feature was the short easy walk to the mountain. We felt comfortable letting the teens walk back and forth from the house to the mountain. The kids skied for two days. They loved being so close. We recommend the house for sure. The owners were in communication and there were no issues at the house. It appears to be well maintained. This is a home we will be using again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We have taken our family of 7 to Big Bear every year for the last 10 years and this is by far the best home we have ever stayed in! It must have been recently remodeled because everything was new and clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood and we walked to Snow Summit every day! We will definitely come back next year!

Thanksgiving Get Away

This is a beautiful home. It's very spacious, with huge rooms and a great layout. Best location in Big Bear Lake, between Bear Mountain Resort and a short walk to Snow Summit Resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Fall Getaway House in Big Bear Lakes

We stayed at Summit Estates from 10/10 – 10/16 and LOVED it! We had 6 adults in our party (3 couples). The floorplan allowed us to comfortably gather, or have our times of privacy. One thing that was important to us was that there were enough king/queen beds so that each couple would be comfortable (who wants to push two twins together?). The two king beds and one queen bed were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely upgraded. Linens/towels were the standard white hotel style, and tons of extra blankets for the cold nights. The living room and all three bedrooms had large flat-screen TVs with Rokus, with Netflix provided. The Rokus channels were limited, and we couldn’t add our own, so Netflix it was. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool you would need to prep, cook, serve, and eat/drink! Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. Also, a nice selection of Pyrex with lids to store left-overs during our stay. Upgraded appliances made you feel like you were at home. We’re mountain bikers, so having the garage and mudroom to store our bikes and gear was perfect! The house is just a few blocks from the ski resort – close enough to ride our bikes there for our downhill fun. Also, close to shopping/restaurants/grocery stores. There is a nice 9-hole golf course and a small rehabilitation zoo within a few miles. Didn’t golf, but did go to the zoo – couple hours and you’re done. The house heated up nicely and stayed warm, and the spa out on the back deck was perfect! The property management team was super responsive and very pleasant. We needed the chemicals adjusted in the spa and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it back into shape. We’re already talking about our trip next year.

Best stay in Big Bear yet

The house was big enough to comfortably sleep all 9 of us. We enjoyed having the open spaces, the long dining table. The back patio was perfect for hanging out outside during the day. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with supplies. We ended up staying at the house the entire weekend and cooked all meals there. All of my friends were really impressed with the property. The home is located a few minutes driving distance from the grocery store and major points of interest. Property management was amazing. The place was impeccable. Thank you!

This house was great. The layout was just right with 2 master bedrooms upstairs and one bed, one bath downstairs. We were able to separate kids and adults where everyone was comfortable and happy. The mudroom was a huge plus and totally eliminated madness of gear at the front door. Everything was in clean and in good shape.
