THE SPACE
The main living areas are bright, modern, and designed for gathering, with custom furnishings, lake views, large windows, and high-end finishes throughout. A spacious sectional, large dining area, wet bar, and electric fireplace create a comfortable setting for relaxing after a day exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, self-closing cabinetry, and high-end KitchenAid appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, and vent hood. A 12-cup Hamilton Beach drip coffee maker and generous prep space make the kitchen well suited for family meals and group stays.

The game room and great room are a major highlight, with a pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade system featuring more than 3,000 games, AC/DC pinball machine, Pac-Man arcade game, wet bar with mini fridge, sink, dishwasher, and microwave, plus two 85-inch flat-screen TVs.

The bedrooms are designed for comfort, with custom beds, upgraded mattresses, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and lake views. Bathrooms feature upscale finishes including double vanities, large tiled walk-in showers, rain showerheads, and thick glass surrounds.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. Pets may not be left unattended at the cabin unless crated. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Please note: The front unit is also a vacation rental and may be occupied during your stay.
