'Our staying was amazing, everything is super clean, beds are nice a little bit stiff but I slept super good. So no issues, i just recommend to add a coffee maker and microwave, we have to ask our neighbors so we can reheat pizza. Overall nice place definitely we are considering coming back soon. Thanks'

'Clean, organized room with perfect location inside the Village in Big Bear. The room was warm with the gas fire going while we checked in. Smooth process to check-in remotely. Staff is helpful, reliable, and easy to reach. Comfortable bed and pillows! Very very spacious room; full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable couch and large front room even with the spa there (didn’t use). Parking easy to find with directions from staff that were texted before check-in.'

'De foto's van het zwembad en fitnessruimte totaal niet in overeenstemming met de werkelijkheid. Door spiegels op de wanden lijkt de fitness ruimte wel 5x groter. Stelt niets voor. Zwembad zag er niet netjes uit, totaal niet overeenkomstig de foto. Hotelkamer zelf gedateerde inrichting. TEGENVALLER !!'

'Overall our stay was okay however, our shower didn’t drain properly and our heat stopped working our last night there. Next time, I would also book a solo cabin as our neighbors who we shared a wall with did not care about quiet time.'

'Our experience at the Estate house property was exceptional. Not only was the location perfect, but the customer service by Patrick was superb. Patrick was very prompt with his responses whenever I had any questions or concerns. He met with us when we arrived at the property on the first day to give us a brief tour of the house and was very cordial. I have stayed at other properties in Big Bear but nothing beats the experience I had on our stay at the Knickerbocker Mansion and Estate. Patrick...

'Gezellig huisje maar het was wel vies (spinnenwebben, stof en vuilnis nog op de veranda stoelen)
Alles in de keuken is aanwezig
Park zelf is vrij saai in de zomer want je kan er niet naar het meer lopen maar wij hadden het heerlijk '

'One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Throughout the night, guests upstairs were constantly running and stomping, preventing us from getting any sleep. Around midnight, I called the front desk to report the disturbance, and the employee who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or attempting to help, she repeatedly questioned me about why I was calling so late and why I hadn’t called sooner. I explained that I didn’t want to complain too early, but she...
