THE SPACE
The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating for the group, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 60-inch Smart TV with surround sound. Dual-pane windows and added foam insulation help create a cozy mountain setting for relaxing after a day exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware and appliances for preparing meals at home, including a dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and drip coffee maker.

Upstairs, the large game room provides a dedicated entertainment space with a pool table, foosball table, dartboard, board games, and colorful LED lighting. Whether you're planning a family game night or spending a relaxed evening at the cabin, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub or spend time on the spacious back deck surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting. The cabin is located in a unique neighborhood where the streets are named after Peter Pan characters, while still providing convenient access to Big Bear Lake, snow play, hiking trails, the Discovery Center, and other year-round activities.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

EV Charging
A Tesla EV charger is available at the property. Guests with other compatible electric vehicles should bring their own J1772 adapter when required.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.
