« Three of my grown children and spouses as well as one 20 mo old grandchild stayed here a week for wedding activities of my son who lives in the LA area. The space was wonderful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen was great a well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood taking stroller walks with my grandson and enjoyed pool time as well. The location was convenient to the wedding location as well as other attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful, well kept...

« Our family of four had a great three night stay in the Hollywood hills. The property was exactly as listed. Clean. Three nice bedrooms. We were two adults and two teens. Great hot tub which we enjoyed ever night, complete with views of the stars. The owner describes everything beautifully, even down to how to park the car for better access to the house.if you are looking to enjoy LA and stay in the hills above the city, this is a great choice. »

« Our stay here was great! We were here for a graduation at UCLA and it was a good location (about a 15-20 min drive). The home is located in a safe neighborhood and it’s just as described. The check in instructions were clear and very helpful. The home is cozy but fit our group of 9 fine. There is ample street parking and there were close stores and places to eat. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great place! »

« My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Hollywood townhouse! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. The location was prime and close to everything we had planned for the week, and a bonus was being able to see the Hollywood sign from the balcony. No complaints at all—we would definitely stay here again! »

« The check in process was very easy and the listing was accurate. I took off 2 stars because the water in the hot tub was too dirty for us to use and I would’ve appreciated it if we were left at least a few bottles of water, instant coffee, or something complimentary. We did leave the instant coffee and creamer we purchased for the next guest. But overall pretty good listing and the area felt very safe and walkable. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was really well stocked with all necessary appliances, kitchenware's and linen. The home is spacious, and the rooms are well appointed. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the location is a short walk to Santa Monica Boulevard. We absolutely loved our stay and Jill, the host, was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend renting this property! »
