'Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also.'

We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. 'Great location for Kayaking, Biking, Golfing and shopping. We loved having a private drive, screened porch and backyard to store our bikes and other gear when not in use. We had 4 adults and stayed busy for a full week. Thanks for a great stay. '

The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! 'Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river. Condo is conveniently laid out and comfortable, great kitchen, comfortable bed, hot shower, great wifi and TV. This small condo complex...

'This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!'
