The house is at the edge of a nice village with all the necessary amenities. On top of a hill slightly above the village, it is also very quiet and peacefull. 'Mooi en ruim huis met super uitzicht. Omgeving is prachtig en nabij dorpen en bezienswaardigheden. Zwembad helaas niet gebruikt vanwege koude weer. Maar alles was verzorgd en voor elkaar in de tuin. In huis van alle gemakken voorzien, maar beetje gedateerd en gebrek aan lekkere stoelen. Maar met mooi weer zul je ook meer buiten zijn en daar zijn voldoende zitgelegenheden.'

'De vakantie woning is goed gelegen, vlak bij zee en dicht bij het centrum van Cabourg zodat restaurants e.d. op loopafstand liggen. Alles is aanwezig, maar niet allemaal even schoon, een keer nieuwe pannen en bestek kan geen kwaad. De woning is volgens ons wel aan een opknap beurt toe. Alles is een beetje gedateerd en verouderd. 'Maison tout a fait conforme au descriptif, tres agreable et bien équipée. Emplacement ideal proche de la gare et à 15 petites minutes à pieds de la plage, dans une petit rue calme. Proprietaire reactive et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.'
