The property was well kept and clean although the outdoor furniture on the balcony could use a hose/wipe down for the season. Parking was a designated spot in a small lot directly behind the building. « Great stay! Well appointed condo that is thoroughly updated. Communication with owner/manager was outstanding! AC broke one evening and they had it fixed within an hour or so. All questions were answered almost immediately. Would stay at one of their properties again! »

« Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit. »
