'We were very happy with this property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. And despite it being a small place it is nicely decorated. If you don't require gathering space within the unit it is perfect for sleeping, preparing simple meals and as a home base for the area...

'This is a great place to stay. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Riverside Canoe trips. Walking distance to great places in downtown Beulah and Crystal Lake. This place was clean and much bigger then we expected. We had 4 adults and one teenager in our party and we had plenty of room. The private yard was very nice, hot tub, grill, fire pit were all great ammeneties. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!'

'My wife and I had the privilege of staying here for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. If you are looking for somewhere quaint, beautiful, secluded and surrounded by nature, this is the place. The Dunes are within walking distance. Downtown Empire and downtown Glen Arbor are both only a ten minutes' drive; while these towns are both small, there's no shortage of good food and wine.'

'Great location with a beautiful garden. Large bedroom upstairs with a balcony and linens were very comfortable. Full kitchen and owner had fresh flowers and iced lemon water for us. Our first time staying in the Glen Arbor area. Would definitely rent again!'

'Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay'
