Place was cozy and perfect for us because we were visiting friends in the area. Small hiccup with the hot water in the shower, but one text to the owner and is was resolved. I loved the neighborhood as it was all families and school buses in the morning. Only criticism is that it's near a busier street and it can get noisy at night.'
