Sea Colony, Walk to Beach & Tennis--Beautiful, Sparkling Clean Getaway!

Enjoy the beach and everything it has to offer from our lovely Sea Colony condo. Rented only recently, it was our private getaway for years. After upgrading both baths, kitchen, floors, and HVAC, we decided to move to Delaware and retire in a larger home in the area.

That means our beautiful first-floor place is yours to enjoy: Sleeps 4-6 in two bedrooms (primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds) plus a queen sleeper sofa, new walk-in tiled showers with glass doors (no bathtub), dishwasher, cooktop, microwave/convection oven, and a large private deck overlooking Sea Colony's Swan Pond. Freshly painted.

Sea Colony's world-class tennis center (over 30 indoor/outdoor courts including dedicated pickleball courts) is across the street. Walk to 12 pools, playgrounds, Fitness Center (basketball, indoor lap pool, machines, fitness classes) and Sea Colony's private half-mile beach. Or take the shuttle (in season) to the beach. Enjoy biking, walking trails, and fishing. At night, there are great sunsets and a variety of local restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream shops. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD, are close by. Or, stay in, watch the 55-inch TV and relax on the deck. The location provides a quiet retreat, while being close and convenient to the action.

We’re on the ground level of a two-story building. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a deluxe beverage center that was installed where the conventional oven used to be. There are plenty of options for cooking: large microwave/convection oven, oversized toaster/broiler, or cooktop. Coffeemaker is a Keurig.

Reliable Comcast internet and cable TV and a beautiful deck on Sea Colony's Swan Pond make relaxing or working remotely a breeze!

BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (bed, bath & beach + sheets and towels), beach chairs, and bikes. Or let us know and we'll recommend local providers. All guests over four years old must purchase a weekly Sea Colony recreation badge (2026: $15 from January 1-March 31; $20 from April 1-May 8; $35 from May 9-June 5; $58 from June 6-September 11; $35 from September 12-October 16; $20 from October 17-March 31, 2027; or whatever rates are in effect). A parking pass is included.

Keyless, no-contact entry. We clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces after each guest.

What's special about our place? Early check-in (12:30 pm) gives you extra vacation time; luxurious walk-in showers (both are tiled with glass doors); the Swan Pond view from our large deck; plus it's sparkling clean with comfortable beds. We live just a mile away so we're nearby if our guests need anything. Read our reviews!
