Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso in the home! Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for four, or head outside to the furnished patio to enjoy an alfresco meal on the table/chair set. You can use the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. Things to Know

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
