With a wrap-around porch, this one-level condo features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bath, and comfortable bedrooms.



On top of all that, to ensure your stay is truly memorable, your vacation home has undergone numerous renovations for 2023. These include new patches for the screened-in porch and sliding door, new coats of paint for light exterior sconces, new exterior side stairs, the side deck and new stairs being restained, the front door being repainted, and mattress toppers for the second and den bedroom to make the mattresses more comfortable.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
