'This is a hotel with very comfortable rooms and a beautiful lobby. The best feature is that it is walking distance to the Fenwick Island Beach, a beautiful quiet tranquil ocean.
One recommendation I have is to provide more options for breakfast. It also could’ve been that we came during an un-busy time, the week of September 28, which is after the busy season.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to get away from the busyness of Rehoboth.'

'For the cost of the room it was a huge disappointment when we walked into the bathroom, and there was a sign that said housekeeping only upon request. It appeared that the bathroom had been redone, but very poorly. The sink was extremely shallow. There was a single door on the shower and the water would go everywhere when you were trying to shower. You needed the bath mat and a bath towel to catch the overflow from the shower. The toilet was so low to the ground, I felt like I was in a preschool...

'We stayed for a week and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful in suggestions of places to go, information about the area, and any questions we had. Definitely worth staying here instead of a more expensive place that included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
The parking garage inside has spots on each floor (maybe a little over 10 cars) and is a little tight so I can only imagine how crazy it could get during the busy season (we were there at the end of Sept).'

'The location is amazing. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Staff were underwhelming. The tiki bar was not open but looks like it would be a fun place by the pool. The restaurant was great for cocktails and bar food. We enjoyed it. The hotel is dated, but the price point was good. You get what you pay for.'
