'I was disappointed they didn’t have a hot tub, literally the only complaint '

'The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The renovated rooms are nice and I felt like they were clean. There was some wear and tear on some of the furniture. There was a coffee maker but no water to use in it. No vending machines on the floors to buy water. The breakfast however was awful. No juices, sausage was totally out. There were biscuits but no butter. Potatoes were not good. There was some kids yogurt and some cereal.. A gallon of milk. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and...

'We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.'

'The property is a bit dated and run down. But it’s fair priced, clean, the staff are kind enough, and the breakfast is actually one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It was comfy. '

'There was a smoke alarm going off close to my room and the woman who checked me in was determined to find the smoke alarm which was beeping upon my check in. We found it together, She was very friendly and wanted to solve the problem.'

'The carpet was damp from concrete moisture. It’s smelled like wet carpet in our room. The fan on high with a/c and an open window helped. My daughter found a couple very small bugs and Googled their description. They were possibly baby bed bugs. She was too scared to look under the sheets. My daughter ate the pre-made egg patty and sausage patty, but then started to vomit 10 minutes later. I’m not one to complain to staff, so I just won’t stay here ever again. '
