« I stayed in Room 711, I chose a bigger River view corner room suite (1 bedroom & Living area) to make sure I get the best in this historic hotel. Few hours after my arrival, I found out that the AC doesn’t cool the bedroom, the blower barely throws any air in the bedroom. At the same time living area gets colder as the temp setting - 68. I woke up at 2:30am as I was feeling heated and asked the front desk, as I expected the response was - there’s no maintenance at that time. So she noted but...

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« This hotel was very nice and spacious! We traveled as a family of four and had plenty of room. The hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was good, coffee could use a little work. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we’re in the area. »
