'Great place at a good price'

'The Holly house is in a perfect location in a hip and safe neighborhood. We were probably 15 minutes away from our activities we had planned. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.'

'Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car.'

'Great stay. Prime location right on 6th street so you know it was a party! Had a couple things not working property manager came quickly and fixed them! Will definitely stay here again.'

'The home was very clean and cute, such a nice area and close to downtown, including some good restaurants to hit up.'

'Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year.'

Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
