'This is a wonderful property. I love staying there. It is both eclectic and comfortable. And I highly recommend it.'

'We love the rooms with the 2 rooms! We love the breakfast because a chef makes made to order omelets!! We love this beautiful hotel! It’s where we stay in Des Moines!'

'Pros: Clean sheets and towels Comfortable bed Parking lot Near airport and downtown Ice, microwave, and refrigerator in room Cons: No communication from staff - I mean bare minimum only to tell me how to get to my room from the steps - didn’t ask for ID or anything. Floors are sticky and gross Things need to be replaced like stained up furniture and curtains No room service If staying multiple days need to get a new room key every day (or at least this is what we experienced) Pool down'

'Room was clean, staff were friendly and helped with information, plenty of space for parking'

'Stayed overnight for a concert on the 9th. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The lady taking care of it took pride in her job. She's an asset to your company. We would stay here again.'

'Nice location, clean facility.'

'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on the outside so we were not able to use the hot tub. Nice hotel and friendly people. The shuttles guys were very helpful also.'

'Property was clean. Staff was helpful. Didn't use the airport shuttle but nice to know it was available. Nice to have a heated indoor pool. Some fitness equipment was broken or missing.'

'Nobody ever came to front counter'
