'Very disappointed with our stay. I stayed at the Equinox multiple times in the 1990s and always loved it. It was a fabulous property with a great staff and great services. I was excited to return after many years and wanted to share the Equinox with my wife and daughter. I booked on Expedia, choosing very specifically a large room with two queen beds. We were three; my wife and I and our adult daughter. Upon check-in we were assigned a suite with one king bed. I explained our need for two beds...

'The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace.
We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service.
Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room.
All in all, our stay was exceptional. '

'We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!!
One of the manager brought us cookies at the pool ...

'The staff was incredible and so helpful. The property is large, well maintained, has so many things to choose from, chairs by the water, pickleball court/basketball, swimming pool and hot tubs! The breakfast was very good and Christine is a treasure. Would highly recommend.'
