« The property was tired, run down and looked nothing like pictures. The kitchen was dirty and poorly equipped. We spent an hour cleaning the kitchen to make it usable. There were cockroaches in kitchen in large numbers. All the original appliances were broken although a small oven, microwave and hob top were available. No instructions for these were available. The fridge door had dropped so did not seal properly. Cupboards and drawers were in poor state of repair many not shutting properly. There...

« When we got there and went take a shower it had not been cleaned. I contacted host but he did not send anyone to clean it. The next day I went and bought cleaner and cleaned it my self.(I have pictures). The toilet is broken. They offered a blow dryer but no plug to use it. Said there was a washer and dryer but I had no idea where it was. No extra linens. I did contact him on that and he did bring them th next day. No extra towels or wash cloths. No dish towel in kithen. Widows and blinds...

« Very noisy from constant car traffic, a constant hum under 1 bedroom and people upstairs. Black mold growing in the bathroom. No hooks for wet towels or place to set suitcases. Zero pans for oven. And massive beetle by the back door one morning and one in the bedroom another morning. »
