'Great experience, staff is really cordial and made the stay memorable. A must visit'

'Here’s a polished version: The property is excellent overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the location is quite far from the city centre, and getting around can be challenging due to the limited availability of public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend that the property consider arranging a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times for guests who want to visit the market or other well-known attractions. 'We had a bad experience as when'

'The reception staff, housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Staff gentilissimo.

'Great Service and Hospitality'

'Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, and I've travelled a decent bit. The hotel is amazing, like something out of a fairy tale. Every thing is exquisite. The hospitality is out of this world; lovely staff all around, who go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible, with the lightest touch. Definitely coming back.'
