'The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff...

'Pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature considering Canberra weather was cloudy and 16 degrees. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Sauna and gym in basement carpark which is not the nicest environment but the facilities are decent. '

'A fantastic bolt hole right in the centre of Canberra with everything you could need thoughtfully provided. Excellent communication with the host before and during made a real difference, and the option of secure on-site parking was great in such a central location. Definitely not looking anywhere else for future trips.'

'Alles aanwezig, schoonmaakservice om de 3 dagen. Winkelcentrum om de hoek. Convention Centre letterlijk om de hoek. Wel jammer dat ik met mijn pas alleen toegang heb tot mij eigen verdieping zwembad en fitnessruimte helaas nog niet beschikbaar. '
