No fridge, no room for our suitcases'

'Don't bother picking whether you want a non-smoking room or not, they'll just give you whatever room they have open at the time and tell you to deal with it and they will switch you another room when it's open. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, they said if the customers smoke in the non-smoking rooms, they can't do anything about it? 'Exterior of building was worn, room was ok and what would be expected at this price point. There were few amenities…no hair dryer, no Kleenex. Wi-Fi worked easily. '

'Extremely old and outdated house. The floor is upstairs creek somebody gets up to use the restroom. It wakes you up. On top of that the homeowner has all their effects in the house, from clothes, toothbrushes, guitars, personal belongings everywhere. Very disappointed.'

'The manager at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Just two minor complaints: both treadmills in the fitness center were out of order, which was disappointing. Also, the water I got from the water cooler machine in the fitness center tasted strongly of mold (I think its insides should probably be cleaned!). That said, the prices were great and I would still definitely stay here again.'
