---- hotel website indicates that rooms are 27 -28 sqm. Ours was not more than 12 sqm plus 3 sqm bathroom. No fridge, no room for our suitcases'

'You get what you pay for. But it is gross seeing a bath mat with stains, towels with stains, and then bed spread with holes (probably cigarette burns...)'

'We've stayed here a few times for a reason. Its great. Not only is it close to family for us, but also close to everything the Hudson Valley and the Birkshires have to offer. The house is well stocked. Its cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Our kids are always excited to stay at the "yellow farm house". See you nex time.'

'Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine. Parking was a bit challenging with limited space and cement pillars, but again, staff were helpful. I would stay here again.'

'This is a pretty tired hotel. They have tried to put lipstick on a pic, but needs a lot of work. They have done the rooms a little, but everything else looks tired and run down.'

'Nice location, helpful staff,'
