'We stayed at the Lake N Pines Motel. I couldn't say enough about the scenery! It's absolutely beautiful! The set up of the property is unique in a good way. The motel has separate sections which affords for some nice privacy. We had a second floor room with a private balcony overlooking the water. My favorite part was the gorgeous sunrise! The staff and people there are so friendly! I think I've found my favorite spot. A very nice place to relax.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown very much. The place was located in a prime area. However, if loud, drunk people would bother you at night this is not the place for you. Luckily, my husband is hard of hearing and I actually enjoy going to sleep to the sounds of people having fun! Also, the parking was tight the first night but CJ came to my rescue! '

'This place is incredible. Every single detail was thought over. We especially appreciated the guide book for local sites and eating. This was a last minute find for us for a baseball tournament after another place fell through and let me tell you how happy I am that it happened the way it did. Even for being a tiny home, there was plenty of room for our family of 5. It had everything we could have needed and it was SO CLEAN! We cannot recommend this property enough. 'My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here. '
