'This property has many things that could have been better - no tv downstairs, garbage full outside, fire pit rusted thru, dock very poorly constructed and others - '

'The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the owners were great ! '

'Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.'

'We enjoyed relaxing by the lake and grilling for our daughter and friends. The kayaks and row boat were a nice addition to our time by the lake. The stars at night are beautiful!'

'The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. '

'This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great.'
