« The whole experience of staying in a train car was fun. But when I walked in it was better than I could have ever imagined. The decor was on point bringing you back in time. Host was wonderful, space was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I loved that it was right next to the river which was so peaceful to have a cup of morning coffee. « We did no cooking but the place was well stocked to do so. Comfortable and wonderful for a family for a graduation or hockey event. Very fair price! »

« The house was updated and very clean. We were in town for a hockey tournament and it was very convenient and close to the rinks. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The large closets upstairs were great for storing hockey bags and equipment. We did not need anything during our stay but when I messaged the host prior to check out, he responded within minutes. I would definitely stay again if hockey brought us back to Utica and tell other hockey families. »

« The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep.
