'The room was quite cozy and chill. It’s obvious the owners are upgrading yet keeping it quaint . Lots of clean towels and washcloths . Down comforter on the bed and nice AC ! Perfect combo for a great nights rest! Access to a kitchen, coffee maker, stove and cold water in the fridge! Wonderful getaway. Will definitely plan a stay in the future as I have family up the road !'

'The good: Our bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well, ample parking, quiet toilets, convenient location. Less expensive than nearby competition. Nice restaurant "Peppermint" close by (1/2 mile) with good selection, moderate prices, friendly and good deserts. The bad: The floor was dirty-didn't realize how dirty until we walked around in our socks for an evening and then took them off at bedtime. Complimentary breakfast was crowded, and if you didn't get there early, there was nothing left...

'I had to ask several times for a wastebasket for our room (nothing in the bedroom or bathroom - where do you put dental floss, tissues, etc.) and was given a plastic bag. It was weird having to make a hole in a plastic bag and hang it on the closet door as if I was on a camping trip. There were no extra paper cups for the bathroom and only two for the coffee should we have wanted a 2nd cup later in the day we would have had to save our cups. 'Check in gentleman was rude and unfriendly. Check in time was 3:00 and we arrived at 2:40 after a seven hour drive and he made a comment. Reserved a cot which he told us he didn t have any of those.
