I was there for my daughters college commence and the hotel experience was a nightmare. When I arrived it took 40 mins to check in because the computer was down. There was only 1 elevator working, which made wait time extremely long. The air conditioner in the rooms weren’t working. I couldn’t sleep all night because of it. The breakfast was poor. The building is more than twenty years old and looks that way. TV remote didn't work, trash not picked up for several days, dryer didn't work so no clean towels or bedsheets, microwave controls only in Spanish, driveway and parking lot had large potholes, all communications are written out on paper or old cardboard, Sherif patrol was called twice. 'The room was ok but in desperate need of updates and repairs. The toilet in the bathroom was 1980s vintage with extremely low toilet, I am guessing a 13 or 14 inch high toilet seat, much too low for senior citizen’s comfort. The double toilet paper roll was hanging the was as if someone had tried to rip it out. There were poorly done shower repairs. In all, Not a welcoming experience. '
