'A picture paints a thousand words., which is why we chose this house. BIG mistake.On arrival the lawn hadn’t been watered for a long time. The lawn was an overgrown mass of weeds. Once inside it ‘appeared’ fairly good. Once back from our lunch the negatives started poking their heads out.First was one of the dining chairs appeared to be stained. Like someone had wet their pants and just sat there. (Dining chairs were material covered). Second was the Bathroom ceiling was falling down AND mouldy....

'The Duxton surpassed all expectations from the get go. The service across all areas of the hotel was impeccable, the room was amazing, we never waited longer than 30 seconds for the elevator (and we were on the 12th floor), the Concierge went out of their way to walk us to the bus stop to make sure we went to the right one, all front desk staff were attentive and no request was too difficult. All the staff at the breakfast buffet (which was great) were all lovely. Can't fault the hotel.'

'Fijn hotel om te verblijven. Echter was onze kamer twee niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf. Toen wij dit aangaven, werd er net gedaan alsof dit aan ons lag. Buiten dit geen negatieve dingen over het hotel en hebben we een erg fijn verblijf gehad.'

'This is a great city centre option. Great rooms, good location which was walkable to many of the sights in Perth. The breakfast buffet was also good. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. The pool was also a great benefit . I would definitely recommend and return if in Perth'

'The room is big enough but the condition of the bathroom isn't good. Toilet flushing isn't working good. Air conditioner is dirty and makes a lot of noise. Television is wall mounted but not in front of seats of bed. '
