'The beds were comfortable enough and clean. We had a triple queen bed room, and everyone slept well. The property is aged, and has probably seen better days. Where it counts for me- overall cleanliness, bed comfort, it was fine. It was what I expected for the price.'

'Property is under renovation. Unaware of the breakfast hours as they were not listed online. Majority of all hotel chains that offer breakfast have it until 10. This is not the case here. They are cleaned up at 9:30 am sharp. We checked in at 2 am and checked out at by 9:40 am only to be told that we had to pay to go somewhere else to eat breakfast. This is why I booked here bc of breakfast inclusion. I would suggest adding that to your website. Thank you!'

'I and a friend stayed here while on a fishing trip. The pictures and description of the property was accurate. It is small, but if you’re staying while hunting or fishing it fits the bill. It is a little house—just as advertised—but nicely set up and equipped. It is about 11 miles out of Licking. If you come in to stay, a piece of advice: do NOT take Slabtown Rd in to the property. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them.
