You book the whole house - Pets are not allowed inside the main cabin and we request you board your pets in the covered/weathered entryway

Bathroom - Modern bathroom with a big walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub

Bedroom 1 - 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds

Bedroom 2 - 1 full size beds and a foldable crib for baby

Kitchen - Open concept kitchen - fully stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils and basic condiments

Living Room - Open concept living room. Very versatile for your needs and can be utilized as you see fit

'The Deck' - You have to spend time on it to see the beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets

You book the whole house for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the main cabin - we have a covered entry foyer that is designated for the pets.

We love hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

CLEANING
We take cleaning seriously and make sure that each guest get a 'homely' experience and not a Hotel style Turnover. We follow Covid19 Cleaning Guidelines as well, so you rest easy and trust you'll have safe experience at our House!

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old
- Pets are permitted on the property -and have designated boarding area. But Pets are Strictly prohibited inside the cabin
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends).
- Outdoor areas are very dark after sunset - please walk around prepared and responsibly
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Additional Property Details -

Pets - Your fury friends are welcome at the property. We ask that you board your pets in the covered entryway and please DO NOT bring your pets into the main cabin. If Pets are noticeably allowed into main Cabin, there will be an additional $80 cleaning fees - plus any other additional charges for damage that your pet might cause.

Please be careful if you are planning to visit the bluffs on the property - you safety is our top priority and should be your top responsibility as well

River access - You can easily access the river for the public beach at Boiling Springs access which is down the street form the property- a very short drive

Walking down the hill to the river is NOT ADVISED. Caves are OFF-LIMIT and please do not touch or remove anything from the caves.
