« Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji. »
