'Very unhappy with our stay... could not find an ice machine on our floor so I tried calling front desk but the phone system did not work in our room and not in the hall phone either. Went down to front desk and was told to let myself in to the tea room which had no lights and find the freezer with ice in the dark. Halls had lights missing by the north elevators on the main floor. Furniture in bedroom was filthy... curtains needed engineering to fix minor issue but no engineering staff on...

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'We stayed for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff was excellent—everyone was incredibly attentive, responsive, and quick to help with any requests we had. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection of standard breakfast items. The hotel was clean, looked new, and the lobby was nicely furnished with great amenities. 'Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??'

'The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.'

'De locatie was goed, maar het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk. Ik zou hier niet meer terugkeren. Vermoedelijk is dit ooit een rokershotel geweest, want het hele hotel stonk intens naar de sigaretten. Vreemd genoeg de kamer niet.'
