'We liked that the hotel was right in the heart of town and that there was a lot of energy and activity around. The restaurant was only fair in so far as the food goes. The service was haphazard in the restaurant and there was no one to greet you. The room was okay , but it was cold when we were there and the heat did not work. 'Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned.
