'Very affordable, large and fine for a quick stay. Cons: • noisy - evening sports games most nights nearby and the windows sound like they’re open • odour in the rooms - pipes smell - needed to ventilate each day • aircon/heater broken - screen completely shattered, couldn’t use (fortunately room was just warm enough without) Pro: • water pressure - shower was very good • basic essentials - has basics you need (pots, pans, etc)'

'Confusing location. VRBO pin locates the flat at Rockley Road but the flat is actually on Toorak Road. Everything was fine. Few small things needed to make it an outstanding property for the price. Parking is down a very narrow driveway by the side of the building. Do NOT attempt to park here with a big car. '
