'Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. 'The structure is a modified shipping container, which folds out rather ingeniously to create a small but functional living space. The amenities fall a little short of what one might expect for a fully stocked lake house. However, it was clean, the AC cold and the shower hot so it fit our needs adequately.The host was available to answer questionsI might suggest curtains on the front glass wall for privacy in the bedroom.'

'Beverly is an excellent hostess. Totally on top of her place. It’s clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds. She opens up her home to you. Plus, the Badin Lake area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the area.'
