'Like the layout, the size, bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is good. What we don't like is the fixed rain shower. We would prefer handheld showerheads which will be suitable for the elderly. It took us and your night staff how to use the clothes dryer. Switches should have some labels and instructions.'
