« The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. »

« Beautiful scenery and nature. Many kangaroos.Unfortunately the bathroom was very smelly from the moment we arrived. Even with the door closed it was strong throughout the house. We have stayed at many tiny homes with these toilets and never really smelt anything. Please note this did require a 4WD and there are no PowerPoints to charge your phone unless you have a USB charger. »

« This cosy cottage was an amazing get away for my husband, son and I, and our fur babies for 5 nights. So relaxing to sit by the fire and enjoy the scenic views and wildlife. We saw kangaroos, deers, foxes and horses right in our backyard. My little boy particularly loved getting to feed the horses and named them all. The cottage was a close drive to everything we needed, but far enough away to feel secluded and very peaceful (not once did we hear anybody else staying at the other cottages)....

« Amit was one of the friendliest most communicative hosts we have had. He made sure we were happy and comfortable and even extended our stay by two hours when we needed a bit more time to handle an issue with our vehicle. He was very accommodating. The property was modern inside, very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our fishing get away. »
