'The room had no air conditioning it was on a wall and did not do anything except blow air. The room was handicapped and we didn’t ask for that as we didn’t have any storage in the bathroom. It also was taking away from anyone who did need an accessible room. The tiles in the bathroom were wobbly and coming apart on the floor. At the front desk they said here is a card you can send an email to voice your concerns. The room was $250.00 and was not worth it at all. We also had a couple beside...

'Like stepping back in time to a different era, absolutely beautiful interpretation of the peak 1920’s to 1930’s art deco. Atmosphere, furnishings, amount of space all extremely comfortable. Great location in downtown Collingwood, reminiscent of what Yorkville is to Toronto. Highly recommend and can’t wait until my next stay.'

'There was no one there when we arrived at the motel , then our room wasn’t ready and they asked us to come back in an hour , then once we got the room there were no towels . We asked for towels . They said they were going to bring us towels and they never did . '
