'We loved the room we got with the private onsen on the balcony, well worth it. The dinner that we had in the private dining room was amazing, so much variety and they were smaller portions which was nice so we could try everything without being too full. The breakfast wasn’t for us, it was Japanese style and while there was a lot of variety, it included a lot of things that were picked and had vinegar on them which wasn’t for us that early in the morning. 'Everything was exceptional. Did not use the communal spa because we had a private spa in the room with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel had a shuttle to the train station.'
