'Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there.'

'This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. '

Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. '

'When I read farmhouse I expected a farmhouse especially with the beautiful property it showed on the advertisement. But it was a nice play and close to town.'
