'It’s a very nice property. Staff try hard and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was good everyday and the ladies that prepare it were always kind and smiling. We stayed 4 days, our room was only made up once but we did have the do not disturb hanging out a lot due to people sleeping late. When it was made up, it was very clean. It’s not too far from Saratoga but Schenectady has a lot to offer travelers too. Next time, we’re taking our boat. '

'everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!'

'1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All...

'This property is in a great location. It is located near many shops and restaurants and is in a great part of town. The property was clean and was perfect for a weekend visit visiting my friends with my little one. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very responsive. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the Schenectady, NY area'
