'Beautiful Beach front property steps from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and the Wharf! Rooms were exceptionally clean and room was beach front with a balcony. At night there were lounge chairs and firepits to relax at. We spent 2 nights and just hearing the waves hitting the beach was awesome! Great place to relax, rewind, or even head to the boardwalk for fun for adults and kids! Would recommend adults time only or familys with kids.'

'This resort is fantastic! The room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the view of the woods, which made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were lovely, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.'

'The staff was great. Property well maintained and location was awesome! My only complaint is that the room was listed as newly renovated and I didn’t see any kind of renovation. In fact the barn style bathroom door was chipped and kept getting stuck, the shower stall floor was dirty and the track moldy. The fridge cabinet didn’t close properly and was squeaky, the floor was dirty. And lastly the TV only had one channel that played “Little House on the Prairie” on repeat. That stuff was not...

'Stayed at Ocean Inn in Santa Cruz and had a good experience checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. He made the check-in process easy and pleasant.'

'I liked my stay here but found the cost of parking to be too much. It was also deceptive marketing to say that your parking lot is a public lot while actually being a valet only parking. There is also the fact that this was not listed anywhere on your website when I was booking the room.'

'The hotel itself was fantastic. Remodeled, good location, nice staff. Unfortunately we had the upstairs neighbors intentionally making all kind of noise all night with no respect for other guests. That was the only negative.'
