'We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque.'

The property is beautifully designed and so convenient since everyone gets their own villa with a parking spot. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. 'We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.'

'I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to...
