'It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a park directly across the street. It's very close to MetroCentro making shopping and eating very convenient. This is the second time we've stayed here. The owner even allowed us to check in early. There's plenty of storage, a desk, a couch that can convert to an additional bed, hot water and a nice kitchenette where you can make coffee, have a fridge, small table and dinnerware. 'We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. If you’re the type to be scared of by a little bit of nature, such as lizards, spiders, raccoons,...

'The stay was excellent. The car is safe in gated community. The pool was clean and not cold. Nice to be right in front of the beach, though my unit was not facing the beach. The culture in that area includes EARLY morning truck vendors passing by blaring the items they were selling...didn't last long. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. '
