« Stayed one night for lavender festival. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic. I do like that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are clearly labelled so you're not caught in the the shower squinting at labels figuring out what is what! The breakfast buffet had cut oranges, bananas and apples - thank you for fresh fruit. If only we could get oatmeal or some non sugary options. Overall a good stay. »

« I did not like this place at all. The room was horrible...drippy faucet in bathtub, sheets felt rough and old, old, dirty carpet. I moved to a different place the morning after I checked in. As a solo female traveler, I felt unsafe. »

« They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »

« The room was exceptionally clean and in good shape. Breakfast was pretty limited but at least it was something. The prices for a Lenoir City location were definitely high for location. But at least Marriotts are always clean and you can count on excellent service. »

« It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move. »
