'I asked if we could come earlier and they said it’s was not possible due to the cleaning. We arrived and the place was not cleaned at all! Sheets dirty, a broken fan, floors and windows gross! It took a hour to get a response from the company that manages the house (Chaletô), which did not call me direct after many times asking! The neighbor was nice enough to get me the number and some cleaning supplies and trash bag. They were full of attitude and no help! 6pm I was cleaning sheet, duvet, sofa...
